Pharmacy Manager

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy operations, ensuring patient care, and community outreach. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and complying with regulations.Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandise presentation.Model excellent customer service and resolve patient needs within company guidelines.Participate in community outreach initiatives and promote community engagement.Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies through report analysis and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.Completion of accredited immunization training.Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers, analyzing data to improve performance and outcomes, and managing pharmacy staff and operations.Preferred experience in U.S. pharmacy practice.
