Pharmacy Manager ($40,000 Sign-on Bonus + Relocation)

About the role

Join Walmart as a Pharmacy Manager and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and improve community health. This role focuses on both pharmacy operations and community outreach, ensuring high standards of service and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and participating in other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels within the pharmacy.
• Model, enforce, and guide proper customer service approaches to meet customer needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to engage as active community members.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.
• Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Manage financial data to make informed business decisions.
• Oversee pharmacy staff and operations to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers.
• Expertise in analyzing data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Competence in analyzing financial data for business decision-making.
• Capability to manage pharmacy operations, including staff oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (required by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments (based on location) and Complex Structure adjustments (based on external challenges).
