Pharmacy Manager ($50,000 Sign-on Bonus + Relocation)

About the role

Join Walmart as a Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge) to lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff, providing comprehensive patient care, overseeing pharmacy operations, and driving community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and manage other pharmacy programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signage, and appropriate inventory levels.
• Model, enforce, and guide proper customer service approaches to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as active community members.
• Analyze reports, implement loss‑prevention and safety controls, and oversee safety and quality‑assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company and legal policies.
• Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes.
• Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including staffing, scheduling, and overall store performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, state pharmacy association).
• Preferred: U.S. pharmacy‑related experience.

Pay

Annual salary range: $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments, and Complex Structure incentives based on external factors.
