About the role

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart Pharmacy, you will lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve community health and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders while ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
• Administer immunizations and participate in other patient care programs.
• Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and appropriate inventory levels.
• Model and enforce high standards of customer service to resolve patient needs within company guidelines.
• Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging team members to engage as community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and conducting safety and quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association-sponsored).

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. pharmacy-related experience.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure adjustments based on location and external factors.
