Pharmacy Manager – 340B Optimization and Pharmacy Purchasing/Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups.
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy -OR- Pharm D. degree (Doctor of Pharmacy).
• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Post-graduate residency training.
• Necessary Skills:
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish drug products.
  • Fine motor coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Computer skills and accuracy in calculations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Supervision of employees.
  • Ability to perform clinical oversight for the services provided.
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager/Senior Clinic Oversight: Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida with a current, unrestricted license. Other Pharmacy Managers: Registered Pharmacist in the State of Florida with a current, unrestricted license -OR- Eligible for Pharmacist license in the State of Florida within 90 days of the date of hire or transfer.
• Required Experience: 1-2 years Practicing pharmacist.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Previous supervisory experience.
• Supervision: Supervisory responsibility of up to 40 employees.
• Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for annual budget of $31,000,000.
