About the Role
A Specialty Pharmacy Technician (Pharmacy Liaison) who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. Hybrid training schedule in Atlanta, GA with the potential for fully remote after 6 weeks of onsite training.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
- Process prior authorizations, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- State-registered (Georgia) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, organization, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management.
- Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms.
- Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through an assessment as part of the pre-employment process.
