Pharmacy Liaison

About the Role

A Specialty Pharmacy Technician (Pharmacy Liaison) who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services. Hybrid training schedule in Atlanta, GA with the potential for fully remote after 6 weeks of onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
• Process prior authorizations, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• State-registered (Georgia) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management.
• Ability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms.
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.

Data entry and computer skills will be evaluated through an assessment as part of the pre-employment process.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
