The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Dispenser to join our rapidly growing specialist distance selling pharmacy, Voy. The role offers a unique blend of healthcare and technology, providing valuable support in a tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Accurate Order Preparation: Assemble, package, and prepare pharmacy orders to ensure timely delivery to patients.
• Warehouse Operations: Support warehouse tasks to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Utilize our custom-built digital pharmacy system and advanced robot packaging system (training provided).
• Maintain High Quality Standards: Uphold strict health and safety protocols to ensure precision and attention to detail.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in fully funded GPhC-accredited training courses to enhance your pharmacy skills and knowledge.

Who You Are

• Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Possess a strong sense of responsibility and concentration for accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• A Fast Learner with a Growth Mindset: Keen to adapt to digital pharmacy and progress your career.
• Tech-Savvy or Tech-Curious: Comfortable with or willing to learn new software, especially if you have prior IT skills.
• A Collaborative Team Player: Thrive in a casual, close-knit team environment and communicate effectively with both local and remote colleagues.
• Reliable and Commutable: Able to work from our Wallingford, Oxfordshire location (OX11 9SJ).
