About the Opportunity

The Pharmacy Data Analyst role is designed to support quality improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data related to pharmacy operations. This position plays a crucial role in identifying strategic trends and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance service quality. The role also involves managing the scope and format of statistical reports and educating staff on accessing and interpreting data to support informed decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify strategic trends and support quality improvement.
  • Define the scope and format for all statistical and analytical reports, including ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of all source data through regular review and reconciliation.
  • Provide expertise and education to staff on accessing and interpreting report data.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Experience as a 340B analyst.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $65,954 - $90,683.37 per year.
