Responsibilities

• Maintain critical operational and inventory data while ensuring accuracy and integrity of company records.
• Enter and maintain transaction, inventory, and operational records with a high level of accuracy.
• Process purchase, transfer, shipment, and inventory-related data.
• Reconcile monthly records and expenses, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support month-end reporting activities through data validation and analysis.
• Review large data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate variances and work independently to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Generate and maintain reports for operational tracking and business planning.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding data discrepancies, reporting needs, and process improvements.
• Maintain organized documentation and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, accounting support, inventory administration, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including: Filtering and sorting data, Find and Replace functions, Working with multiple file formats, Basic formulas and lookup functions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to investigate and resolve discrepancies with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
