Pharmacy Coordinator – Oncology Services

About the role

Support pharmacy operations and clinical programs within Wisconsin's only Comprehensive Cancer Center, contributing to accreditation, quality, research, and programmatic excellence in adult and pediatric cancer patients.

You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI, with a schedule of 100% FTE, day shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, although hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and operational leaders to develop and implement best practices for oncology treatment and medication management
• Foster strategic partnerships with regional oncology affiliates and external organizations to advance program growth, clinical integration, and service excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree
• Completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program (preferred)
• 3 years of health-system experience or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program
• 5 years of relevant practice experience (preferred)
• Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin within 90 Days
• Certification through the appropriate certifying program (preferred)
