Pharmacist - Travel Job
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.
Requirements
- State License to practice as a Pharmacist: Required
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
- All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
- EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years: Required
- Must have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a contract
- Each work history entry must list the charting system used
- If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
- No Return-to-Office (RTO) is allowed
- Must have current Epic experience
Assignment Details
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Day shift, 36 or 48 hours per week; could be 10-hour shifts (confirming)
