Pharmacist - Travel Job

About the role

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you’ll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to patients
• Provide clinical expertise in managing patients' physical and mental health challenges
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and provide medication counseling
• Participate in continuing education programs to maintain professional standards

Requirements

• State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS): Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): Required

Qualifications

• Must have State License to Apply
