Minimum Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
• BLS required
• At least 1 year of experience
• Epic experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0730-1800
• Schedule: 7 on/7 off
• Overnight on call required
• On-call hours: 1800-0730
• On-call coverage for 6 or 7 nights, aligned with a 2 week pay period
