What You'll Do
- Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients of the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards.
- Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding patient documentation and intervention outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in Arkansas.
- Pharmacy Preferred Experience
- BS in Pharmacy
- Hospital Pharmacy practice and Clinical pharmacy practice experience in an Infectious Diseases setting.
- BCPS certification with ID qualifications Preferred.
