About the role

Practices Pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, integrating patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Advises on drug interactions, contraindications, and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.
• Serves all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice preferred.
• Good communication skills.
