About the role

Float to multiple outpatient pharmacies providing pharmaceutical care services to patients and families. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: reviewing patient medication orders, administering medications, educating patients and families about medications, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio
• Experience in outpatient pharmacy setting
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications
