Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will compound and dispense medications for patients undergoing inpatient and outpatient care. You will oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy as well as all Pharmacy Technicians and other support members. Provides clinical expertise in area of service line as well as additional clinical programs as assigned. You will evaluate medication orders and dispense accordingly. Maintain and evaluate automated dispensing process. Actively participates in the provision of training and mentorship within peer group and cross campus pharmacists in a particular service line including pharmaceutical care and disease state management. Works closely with multidisciplinary team for a particular service line and provides backup support to service lines where appropriate and as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist through the Virginia Board of Health Professions
- Previous inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
