Pharmacist, Pharmacy, Per Diem, Evening
Position Summary
To accept primary responsibility for the provision of clinical and distributive pharmaceutical services.
Education
- B.S. or PharmD. in Pharmacy
- New Jersey Pharmacist license
Experience
- One year experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
Special Skills
- Basic understanding of computer operation
- Basic knowledge and experience with unit dose dispensing system and i.v. admixture programs
- A general knowledge of clinical pharmacy skills and drug information practices
- Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within specified time periods
- Ability to work cooperatively with health-system and pharmacy staff
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule
- Ability to set priorities and solve problems
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency requests
- Effective communication skills (orally and in writing)
- Ability to assist in meeting the pharmaceutical care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Pay
- Pay Range: $64.05 - $80.06 (per hour)
