About the role
The Pharmacy department at Straub Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. Located at Straub Benioff Medical Center, this position offers rotating 8-hour shifts and is a full-time temporary position.
Responsibilities
- Compounding and dispensing pharmaceuticals, supplies, medications and large-to-small volume parenterals
- Ensuring safe and effective medication delivery to patients and their families
- Providing drug information and education to patients and families
- Maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care
- Monitoring the safe distribution of medications to patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care
Requirements
- Current Hawai’i pharmacist license
- One (1) year hospital pharmacy experience preferred

The starting pay range for this position is $79.67 - $88.52 USD per hour.
