About the role
As a key member of the Crossroads team, this position will provide comprehensive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services to patients with opioid use disorder. The ideal candidate will have a pharmacist license in Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide MAT services to patients with opioid use disorder
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements
- A current pharmacist license in Virginia
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Experience in MAT preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for improving access to MAT for patients with opioid use disorder
