Pharmacist, Per Diem

About the role

The Pharmacist serves patients by preparing and dispensing medications, providing pharmacological information to patients and the multidisciplinary team, and monitoring patient drug therapies. Pharmacists offer consultation, answer patients' questions, and ensure medications are taken appropriately to enhance patient wellness.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college with a PharmD Degree
• License in good standing in the State of Nevada
• Proven ability to maintain professional conduct, including appropriate boundaries
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with all team members
• Computer literacy
• Able to communicate and listen effectively
• Valid BLS certification required prior to hire, per HRSA compliance
• Able to work pharmacy operation hours of Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Schedule

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Additional Information

Due to real and potential conflicts of interest, HOPES employees may not access HOPES Behavioral Health Services. Similarly, current Behavioral Health patients/clients cannot be employed by HOPES. If you are receiving services from a HOPES Behavioral Health provider at the time of your employment offer, you must either rescind your acceptance of employment or find a new behavioral health provider outside of HOPES before starting employment.
