About the role

As a pharmacist at Walgreens, you will provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients. You will educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options. You will deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management. You will ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients

• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
