Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and provide patient counseling
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory management
- Participate in pharmacy operations and provide support to other areas of the hospital as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and pharmacy activities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and patient care
Requirements
- Licence to practice as a Pharmacist in New York State
- Bachelor's Degree/PharmD in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution
- Experience within the hospital environment strongly preferred
