About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a full-time civilian Pharmacist at Whiteman Air Force Base near Warrensburg, MO. The position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, emphasizing work-life balance and offering exceptional support staff to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management services to patients
• Administer medications and provide patient education
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Graduated from an accredited college by ACPE
• A current, valid, unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in any state
• One year of professional pharmacy experience after graduation
• BLS certification required

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences
