Pharmacist- Patient & Clinical Support

Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product information on compounded injectables, topicals, nasal, and oral medications.
- Support clinics and patients with dosing, administration, and side effect management.
- Assist with both on-label and off-label therapy inquiries in accordance with professional standards.
- Communicate effectively via Salesforce, phone, and email, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Educate patients and clinics on therapy expectations, adherence, and safe handling practices.
- Support onboarding teams, phone agents, billing, and staff pharmacists with clinical guidance.
- Participate in daily and weekly workflow planning with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist.
- Contribute to training sessions to maintain team-wide clinical competency.
- Update patient profiles with accurate and current prescription data on LifeFile.
- Affiliate with maintaining organized and up-to-date digital or physical prescription records.
- Prescription Verification:
- Review and cross-check prescription data for accuracy and compliance with pharmacy and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate personnel.
- Use pharmacy software systems efficiently to input and retrieve data.
- Report system errors or technical issues to IT or the appropriate department

Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of commercial pharmaceutical therapies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail and professional etiquette in client interactions.
- Proficiency in LifeFile
Education & Experience
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
- Active pharmacist license (state-specific as required).
- Compounding pharmacy or specialty practice experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May require working shifts
