Pharmacist- Oncology Infusion

Job Summary

The Infusion Center Pharmacist at Facility Cox Medical Center Branson provides comprehensive care to patients in chemotherapy and ambulatory infusion centers, as well as inpatient oncology spaces. Responsibilities include order verification, hazardous and non-hazardous drug compounding oversight, collaboration with the nursing team and providers, and patient education.

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor's in pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy
• PREFERRED: Doctorate of Pharmacy and completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
• No prior experience required
• PREFERRED: 2 years healthcare setting or equivalent residency training

Licenses, Certifications, & Registrations

• Required: Licensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist, or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist, and licensure obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire.
• MEDICATION THERAPY SERVICES CERTIFICATION must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
