Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. The Day-to-Day Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflowHire, train and support your pharmacy teamOversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assuranceMaintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulationsOversee inventory and controlled substancesWork directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partnersBuild relationships with local agencies and providersPartner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows What Matters Here We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people.
