Pharmacist II

Qualifications

• Completion of course at an accredited School of Pharmacy, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
• One year of IV sterile compounding and oncology experience
• Certifications and licenses required: Registered Pharmacist with NJ Board of Pharmacy; current New Jersey licensure

Essential Functions

• Provides oncology patient care
• Ensures patients receive appropriate treatment including chemotherapy and support medication management
• Prepares, dispenses, and monitors outpatient and inpatient oncology care
• Maintains relationships within the interdisciplinary care team
• Exercises independent decision-making in oncology patient care
