Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
- Administer medications and provide clinical advice to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies to improve pharmacy efficiency and patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital pharmacy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems used in pharmacy operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
