About the role

We are Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our communities through our extensive network of 11 hospitals and over 100 clinics.

Responsibilities

• Work 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week
• Work primarily day shifts, between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Rotate every third week to evening shifts between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm
• Rotate every third weekend and holiday
• Oversee and supervise all manufacturing and compounding activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Wisconsin pharmacist license

Schedule

Work 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, primarily day shifts between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, rotating to evening shifts between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm every third week, and rotating to weekends and holidays every third week.
