Hospital Pharmacist -

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced, hospital environment and enjoy collaborating directly with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to code blues, provide recommendations, and consult with healthcare staff as needed
• Answer questions from doctors and nurses and complete consults as part of daily responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Current Arizona pharmacy license
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Cerner and Omnicell experience
• Board Certified and/or completion of an accredited pharmacy residency
• At least 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience
