Pharmacist – Hospital (Outpatient & Inpatient)

Job Summary

San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care services, medication management, and clinical support within a healthcare setting. The Pharmacist will ensure safe and effective medication use, review prescriptions, counsel patients, collaborate with providers, and maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License (Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Experience in hospital, clinical, ambulatory care, or outpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and pharmaceutical regulations
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams

Credentials

• Required: Active Pharmacist License
• Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program

Pay

Pay Rate: $74 – $77/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,960 – $3,080/week
