Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contribution by managing daily tasks and supporting the team
• Build rapport with customers and colleagues, offering personalized services and clinical support
• Maintain a positive work environment and encourage accountability among team members
• Ensure operational efficiency by managing tasks and assignments
• Use pharmacy technology effectively for prescription processing
• Mentor team members on best practices and pharmacy clinical initiatives
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet customer needs
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist (meeting state requirements)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
