Pharmacist - Full-time Floater

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contribution by managing daily tasks and supporting the team
• Empower staff to provide value and service through counseling and clinical services
• Maintain a positive work environment and build rapport with customers and associates
• Manage team performance, ensuring prescriptions are processed promptly and efficiently
• Use pharmacy technology effectively and advance clinical initiatives like MTM and immunizations
• Support pharmacy operations and assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable results on a company-sponsored drug test within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist with state requirements met or scheduled to meet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
