Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maximize contribution by managing daily tasks and supporting the team
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service, empowering staff and building personalized relationships
• Maintain a positive work environment and foster accountability among team members
• Manage team performance, ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently
• Use pharmacy technology effectively for routine and complex prescription processing
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for maximizing sales and minimizing shrinkage
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives like Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and immunizations
• Work flexible hours to meet customer needs
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted, state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist with state requirements met or scheduled to meet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
