Pharmacist Clinician (casual hours)

Education

Educational Requirements: Graduation from a pharmacy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) or a program outside the U.S. that qualifies the individual to practice in the jurisdiction.

Preferred Qualifications: Completion of an ACPE accredited Medication Therapy Management training program. Recent clinical practice, reflective of scope of this role within the previous 12 months.

Licensure/Certification

Certification/Licensure Required: Applicants must be board certified or become board certified within one year of eligibility of an acceptable board specialty certification including: BCACP, BCPS, or BCGP.

Active license to practice pharmacy within state of practice.

Ambulatory - Immunization Delivery Certification completed within 1 year from hire date.

Ambulatory - BLS certified within 90 days from hire date.
