Pharmacist Clinical Inpatient
Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and self-directed Pharmacist to support both our inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. This role requires a high level of autonomy, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining strong communication with the broader care team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- State licensure as a Pharmacist
- Any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level
Priorities
- Active pharmacist licensure in Colorado and Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain both)
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy practice, with a willingness to learn and cross-train into the other setting
- Flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may include day, evening, or night hours, along with participation in an inpatient weekend rotation
