Role Overview This position is responsible for implementing healthcare strategies and enhancing patient health outcomes through clinical pharmacy services. Key duties include executing patient intervention programs such as Medication Therapy Management, immunizations, and adherence initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality improvement processes. Responsibilities Delivering direct patient care and clinical programs to improve health outcomes.Driving pharmacy financial performance by maximizing reimbursements and executing pharmacy programs.Supporting patient experience through medication management, consultations, and wellness services.Providing clinical expertise, training, and support to pharmacists and field leaders.Conducting clinical reviews, monitoring medication safety, and ensuring proper drug therapy.Engaging with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance plans to address therapy-related questions and concerns.Maintaining regulatory compliance, industry knowledge, and licensure. Qualifications & Skills BS or PharmD in Pharmacy with at least one year of retail pharmacy experience.Current pharmacist license and ability to motivate teams and handle confidential information.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
