Pharmacist - Centralized Services

Role Overview This position is responsible for implementing healthcare strategies and enhancing patient health outcomes through clinical pharmacy services. Key duties include executing patient intervention programs such as Medication Therapy Management, immunizations, and adherence initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining current industry knowledge. Responsibilities Develops and manages direct patient care programs, driving quality improvement and regulatory compliance.Supports pharmacy financial performance by executing programs that maximize reimbursements and patient health benefits.Enhances patient experience through medication management, consultations, and wellness services.Provides clinical expertise, education, and support to pharmacists and leadership, fostering teamwork and professional development.Conducts clinical reviews, ensures medication accuracy and appropriateness, and offers individualized patient and provider consultations.Acts as a liaison with medical communities, maintains licensure, and ensures adherence to pharmacy laws and policies. Qualifications & Skills BS in Pharmacy or PharmD with at least one year of retail pharmacy experience.Current pharmacist license and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Experience with confidential information and maintaining regulatory compliance.Proficiency in time management, organization, and basic Microsoft Office applications.Willingness to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
