About the Role
This position involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and offer health guidance to customers.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies, including safety and privacy regulations.
- Support patient safety initiatives, analyze areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor team members, modeling excellent customer service and compliance practices.
- Promote a culture of integrity, respect, and continuous learning within the team.
- Maintain proper documentation and records per guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to organizational changes and support continuous improvement.
