Pharmacist

About the Role

This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing prescriptions, dispensing medications, counseling on health and medication needs, and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate prescription processing and maintain confidentiality and documentation standards.
• Offer expert advice, support business solutions through stakeholder relationships, and monitor process improvements.
• Lead customer service efforts, resolve complaints, and enforce company policies and ethical standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality regulations, including loss prevention and safety controls.
• Maintain patient safety, quality care, and proper documentation, promoting continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of health care compliance, conduct audits, and support team training.
• Build an inclusive environment, demonstrate integrity, and prioritize customer and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of accredited immunization training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and compliance adherence skills.
