About the Role
This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing prescriptions, dispensing medications, counseling on health and medication needs, and administering immunizations in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate prescription processing and maintain confidentiality and documentation standards.
- Offer expert advice, support business solutions through stakeholder relationships, and monitor process improvements.
- Lead customer service efforts, resolve complaints, and enforce company policies and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality regulations, including loss prevention and safety controls.
- Maintain patient safety, quality care, and proper documentation, promoting continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of health care compliance, conduct audits, and support team training.
- Build an inclusive environment, demonstrate integrity, and prioritize customer and stakeholder needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent, with an active pharmacy license.
- Completion of accredited immunization training.
- Strong communication, leadership, and compliance adherence skills.
