Pharmaceutical Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Mettawa, IL – hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Type: 1-year contract with potential for extension.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Pharmaceutical Project Manager to work closely with their assigned account manager to help coordinate daily activities and the ongoing relationship with their respective brand teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project timelines from initiation to completion across internal departments.
• Assist on print, digital, and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency.
• Help facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Track time on a daily basis.
• Reports to their assigned Ad Agency account manager.
• Partners with creative team on project initiatives.
• Adherence to all company-wide financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of ad agency experience (minimum) within the last 3–5 years; project management experience a plus.
• 1–5 years of pharmaceutical experience within an agency.

Skills

• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• High energy, positive, organized individual comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.

Pay

$40–$45/hr W2.
