Pharmaceutical Litigation Attorney

About the role

The ideal candidate is a pre-2022 law school graduate with 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience. Candidates will support an active ANDA litigation practice. A technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support an active ANDA litigation practice
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively

Requirements

Pay

• Hiring range starts at $200k
• Base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target)
• Discretionary merit bonus based on performance
