We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a well-established and growing personal injury law firm in South Florida. About The Role Handle a litigation caseload of approximately 35-40 filesFocus exclusively on litigation - no responsibility for pre-suit casesHandle plaintiff personal injury matters including:Auto accidentsMedical malpracticeNegligent securitySexual assault casesFederal and state litigationOther personal injury mattersTrial experience is highly valuedWork with two dedicated and experienced support staff membersFocus on litigation and trial work rather than the business side of running a law firmDedicated intake and pre-suit teams handle those functions for youMarketing is not required, although attorneys may bring in their own referralsAttorneys who generate referrals can receive a contractually guaranteed percentage of resulting fees Compensation & Benefits Six-figure salary, based on experienceContractually guaranteed percentage of settlements/verdictsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchingLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageEmployee Assistance Program15 days PTO + 10 paid holidaysRelocation assistance may be available Requirements Juris Doctor (JD)Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar5-10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experienceSignificant plaintiff trial experienceApproximately 3+ years of trial experience preferredPlaintiff-side experience is required; defense attorneys will not be consideredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesStrong client-service and interpersonal skillsComfortable working with Microsoft OfficeFileVine experience is preferred but not required - training is provided Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced plaintiff personal injury litigator who wants to focus on handling cases, litigation, and trials, with strong administrative, intake, and pre-suit support already in place.
