Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys
• Appear in court for hearings and trials
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Negotiate cases and communicate with clients
• Prepare for and execute trial strategy

Requirements

• Licensed in the North Carolina or South Carolina Bar
• 2–5 years of experience managing a large caseload preferred
• Some litigation experience preferred but not required
• Charlotte-based preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently to courts across North Carolina and South Carolina
