Pharmaceutical Distributor Designated Representative

Responsibilities

• Fulfills daily incoming receiving tasks, ensuring goods are received promptly.
• Maintains a daily receiving and inventory log.
• Prepares packing slips and other shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor and follows up on shipping schedules.
• Verifies shipments are shipped on time and ensures timely delivery at the most economical cost.
• Coordinates with shipping carriers, internal and external customers.
• Packages and labels shipments accurately and ensures proper stock of packing supplies.

• Prior experience using FedEx and UPS software tools.
• Proficiency in Excel Pivot Tables and basic Excel skills.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, or pharmacy operations, with at least one year within the last three years for California's DR requirements.
• Current Florida CDR and California Designated Representative licensure, or willingness to obtain these certifications promptly upon hire.
• Physical presence full-time as required by applicable state law.
• A high school diploma with a couple of years of experience, or an Associate’s degree preferred.
