Pharmaceutical Attorney

About the role

Latitude’s client, a mail order compounding pharmacy, is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical attorney to join its team in Houston (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Work on pharmaceutical-related contracts and compliance
• Provide guidance to business units on federal regulations
• Handle issues related to pharmaceutical compounding under Section 503A of the FDCA

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including reviewing contracts and advising on compliance matters
• Experience with issues specifically related to pharmaceutical compounding
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and able to work in a collaborative manner
• Highly professional, positive attitude, and detail-oriented
• Outstanding academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in any state
• Outstanding professional references

Position Details

• Type of role: Temp to Perm
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
• Location: Hybrid in Houston, Texas
• Compensation: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
