Pharmaceutical Attorney
About the role
Latitude’s client, a mail order compounding pharmacy, is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical attorney to join its team in Houston (hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Work on pharmaceutical-related contracts and compliance.
- Provide guidance to business units on issues related to pharmaceutical compounding under Section 503A of the FDCA.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including reviewing contracts and advising on compliance matters.
- Experience with issues specifically related to pharmaceutical compounding.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and able to work in a collaborative manner.
- Highly professional, positive attitude, and detail-oriented.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing in any state.
- Outstanding professional references.

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
