About the role

Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. Prepare and operate various components, materials, equipment, and machines in your assigned area, ensuring adequate inventory of parts and materials before starting a production run. Adhere strictly to all plant safety and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations. Perform in-process quality inspections, and seek to implement process and safety improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
• Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated aptitude to execute Aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency
• Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions
• Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds
• Vision must be correctable to 20/20
• Must be able to satisfactorily perform and attend to a 24x7 operations with a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule.
• Will work alternating weekends and holidays based on A/B shift schedule.

• The salary for this position ranges from $18.99 to $31.65 per hour.
• In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
