About the Role
As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness.
In this role, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams, and solve complex problems. You will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network, craft clear and impactful messages, and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to implement technology and data analytics for a connected and agile supply chain network.
- Guide teams in the development and execution of operational strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Utilize supply chain management software to enhance visibility and collaboration across the supply chain.
- Manage budgetary and cost management aspects of supply chain projects to reduce costs and increase responsiveness.
- Provide strategic input and coaching to teams to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine supply chain strategies.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain operations.
- Direct teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus on achieving project goals.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
